A little girl who was born at the St. Mary’s Hospital in March 2003 was left brain damaged as a result of clinical negligence. The doctors delayed during her birth, and because of that she has been diagnosed with Quadriplegic Cerebral Palsy.

The girls mother just received a 1.35 million Euro compensation for her daughters illness and for the Clinical Negligence involved. Her mother has also been promised tax-free payments to cover the costs of her care for the rest of her life.

The girl has been very well cared for by her family, but this disability money will definitely make a difference for her and her family.
